Total Production: 250.000 bottles.
Vinification: The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless
steel vats; then it ages for 6 months in ceramic vats and 4
months in bottle.
Tasting notes: Bouquet of sweet and sour cherries, saddle leather, herbs
and spice. Light, fruity and fresh.
Serving temperature: 16 / 18°C.
